Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn apparel, belts, caps, or protective gear (such as Chest-Protectors and Arm-Wrist-Guards) that show signs of use, unless the item is defective. All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and saleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and typically appear in your PayPal account shortly after.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on change of mind or size exchanges.
