Shipping Information
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Worn apparel (including Belts and Caps)
- Protective gear (Chest-Protectors and Arm-Wrist-Guards) that show signs of use
Exceptions are made if these items are defective. All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and saleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, size exchange, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on change of mind or size exchanges.
