Geographic Restrictions

We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. By placing an order, you confirm that your location is within our service area.

Order Process

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Worn apparel (including Belts and Caps)
• Protective gear (Chest-Protectors and Arm-Wrist-Guards) that show signs of use

Exceptions are made if these items are defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item(s) with original packaging and documentation
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other reasons (change of mind, size exchange, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on change of mind or size exchanges.

Refund processing times:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after we receive your return (plus 5-10 days for bank processing)
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
